Return / Refund Policy

Exchanges and returns must be done within 7 days of purchasing and returned directly to the boutique.

Merchandise must be unopened, unworn, and unused.

Cosmetics are not returnable.

There will be a store credit given in the amount of the refund due. 

 


Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation prior to the 24 hours of the appointment.

Cancellation of appointment within the 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of service(s) scheduled.

A no show to the scheduled appointment will result in a 100% service charge.

If appointment is filled then there will be no cancellation charge.
