My own personal journey toward healthier skin inspired me to create bloom — your go-to boutique spa in the Upper Keys, along with a carefully curated collection of skincare products formulated with ingredients that will deliver results.
With nearly two decades in the industry, I’ve thoughtfully selected every product in my boutique to bring real, visible results while focusing on each client’s unique skincare needs. I truly hope these become your trusted everyday essentials — nourishing and hydrating your skin the way it deserves, and helping reveal your natural, radiant glow.

Founder & Full Esthetician
ALAINA WEST
Alaina’s passion for skin care and all things pampering comes from her desire to care for people, for their health, and their happiness. She believes that skin care should be realistic, simple, and fun. She loves to get to know you and your skin to tailor the right treatment to help you reach your skin care and wellness goals. “I’m skin obsessed!! I personalize every service to meet your needs on any given day.”
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Cosmetic Injector
DR. JENNIFER KANTIS
Dr. Jennifer Kantis is an advanced practice registered nurse, specializing in family practice and cosmetic dermatology. She holds two master’s degrees, one in nursing education and the other in family practice. In addition, she has a doctoral degree in adult education, specializing in Healthcare from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Kantis is a tenured professor at a local South Florida college, since 2002. She has been practicing primary care and cosmetic dermatology since 2006. Additionally, she is one of the lead instructors that teaches medical professionals how to inject cosmetic injectables at Esthetic Skin Institute. Her main practice is in Hollywood Florida, where she collaborates with plastic surgeons Dr. Russel Palmer M.D. and Dr. James Stern M.D.

ANN COX
Ann's attention to detail of the muscles allows her to target specific issues for her therapeutic work. She is also Bowen therapy certified. If you're looking to de-stress, she offers a soothing touch. "As a self-made yoga and pilates enthusiast my personal goal is to create a balance of a healthy body and a positive state of mind. Let me create the same for you".
Licensed Massage Therapist & Certified Ashiatsu Therapist
ALLAN GONZALEZ
Allan has eight years of massage therapy under his belt. Although modest, he's well known for his work with deep tissue, Ashiatsu, and Sarga Silks. When he's not doing massage he is working as a certified physical trainer. Enjoy the tension relief from a deep pressured massage with Allan. Available weekdays and weekends, including Sundays. Gretchen has an experienced background in the spa & esthetics world having managed a medical spa in Naples, Florida prior to becoming a permanent resident of the Upper Keys. She loves being an island girl but takes great pride as a boutique assistant at bloom. “Happiness and confidence are the prettiest things you can wear”.

Kris has been a practicing esthetician and massage therapist in the Florida Keys since 1999. A true local, she has spent the majority of her career working in luxury high-end resorts as well as beloved local day spas. She has trained in over 25 beauty product lines and a wide range of aesthetic and massage modalities throughout her journey. Kris’s approach is simple: listen to the client’s needs — then listen to what the body needs. “As a therapist, you are always learning, growing, and evolving within this industry.”
