Spa Policy

Due to the nature of our appointments, we like to maintain a serene environment. In doing so, we ask that if you have to bring your child to an appointment with you they must stay with you in the treatment room. Since we offer a range of services, many of our clients enter the spa with the intention to relax. We like to maintain a quiet environment for those in the lobby/boutique and in-service.

When you book an appointment(s), we hold that appointment time for you so we ask that if you need to modify, change, reschedule or cancel, please do so free of charge prior to the 24 hours of the appointment.

 

Cancellation of appointment within the 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of service(s) scheduled. A no show to the scheduled appointment will result in a 100% service charge. You will need to bring a form of payment to the appointment as the card on file is reserved strictly for our cancellation purposes.

Appointment cancellations with Dr. Kantis within the 24 hours will result in a $50 charge to the card on file. You will need to bring a form of payment to the appointment with Dr. Kantis as the card on file is reserved strictly for our cancellation purposes and cannot be used for service charges.

By booking an appointment(s) at bloom, the client understands and agrees to all terms and conditions of our reschedule and cancellation policies. we reserve the right to refuse service and or cancel any appointments.
